JBF have you tried Omneprozole(I think that's what it's called) and sleeping on a pile of pillows( three at the base then two then one) it has made a difference to me. My little wish is for the decluttering fairy to wave her wand over my house.

What shoes do you wear Galen? I had heel problems then bought Hotter and have had no problems with any pain since.

Oh you have my sympathy Galen my feet and ankles often cause me great pain. It makes me miserable. It stops me enjoying a normal life. I can't shop, go to the park, go out for the day. Then without rhyme or reason it goes. I'm pain free at the minute. I hope you get your wish.

My son's colonoscopy this morning to be O.K.

Told Consultant I would like a new spine like a 28 year old, my hubby piped up, he would like me to have a 28 year olds body! Poor lamb, he wouldn't know what to do with it if I had ! Had nerve block, Heaven, no more pain

We had so many plans for our retirement. All gone but the wayside. I do envy friends that can lead normal lives with each other. I do go out but everything I do is on my own or with a friend but hardly ever do anything together.

So, yes, this is my wish....
