Quells! I have been riding the elephants as they need a bit of a run, and now am travel sick.

Roses you need to lie down. In a darkened room

Rugs. (furry ones. To lie on whilst we do some star gazing)

Sandpaper (before everyone goes 'what', on a recent zoo programme they were using it to rub the feet of the elephants to keep them smooth. We don't want them having problems as we will have the Royal Society for Preventation of Cruelty to Elephants around.)

Toddies, hot, to keep our spirits - literally - up as it gets damp, cold and miserable at times. Thermals, too, as we hurtle towards winter (@cuphalfempty)

Cherry I often feel that I need to lie down in a darkened room ( nothing to do with elephant riding though!)
