Line of lyrics game (if you're up for it?)

Leading on from first records you bought, songs that make you cry, songs that make you dance etc. How about a game of guess the title of a song and the singer, from a single line of lyrics? try not to Google, but guess it, more fun.Whoever is correct first, does the next one.

So, mine is
There she was, just a walkin' down the street.........

It probably was before your time - my parents had the record and I loved it as a child. I was reminded by the mention of Mexico.

I have just checked - it was "a 1942 novelty song first recorded by the Glenn Miller Orchestra and later by Bing Crosby with the Vic Schoen Orchestra, Tommy Tucker and his Orchestra and the Royal Air Force Dance Orchestra." so you've probably never heard of it.
