Good morning everyone. Up early as I can't sleep - woke at 4.10 and only had an hour's sleep since then, so I've given up.
Have a breakfast meeting with a bunch of friends this morning. I'll probably fall asleep in my toast and marmalade .

It is a misty start in North Leicestershire but the forecast is for a sunny weekend. We are going to Hemel Hempstead for DGD4's second birthday party so we will have a lovely get together with all our family and some of DSiL's. We have a rash of birthdays this month with 6 in 4 days!

A beautiful morning here again today. We're off to the Dinosaur Park to celebrate DGS's second birthday and they're opening a new 'splash' section today! Could be fun!

Cloudy but dry in Tynedale at present. We are promised the sunshine later in the morning. Nothing planned for today. Yesterday's trip to Cockermouth was disappointing. No food fair! Why did we believe the website? It is on, but only today and tomorrow. We cannot go on either of these days. We ended up in Silloth and had fish and chips for lunch.

Good morning to you all, and it appears the lovely weather is widespread, what a difference the sun makes. I am suffering a little this morning from a rather enthusiastic hour in the garden (like you nan it should have been done months ago, but old age etc..). Going to choose some new floor covering later on, then the usual shop, still waiting to hear from our daughter, she MIGHT be spending the night with us, never sure about her movements until the last minute. Enjoy your days.

Yet more shopping today as family are coming for Sunday dinner tomorrow. Out to see Hal Cruttenden tonight in Colchester as part of a local comedy festival.

Good morning all. Lovely day here in South Yorkshire. DGS's Scout group are having a 'fun day' today so I am off to have some! Fun, that is! DD is helping out running a stall.

Looks like it will be a fine day here in Cornwall. Church photocopying then make a pineapple upside down cake to take to tonight's Harvest Supper. It will be a busy time setting up and then clearing away but we all enjoy the company and the food.

Good morning from a sunny West Sussex village. Trying to decide what to do today, it looks as though it is going to be sunny all day so don't want to be stuck indoors.

Good morning from sunny suburbia. The garden trees are bathed in a lovely autumnal sunshine and the grass is glistening with dew. DD1 is taking us for a pre birthday lunch as I will be on the high seas for my 75th. All packed and ready to go with a few pre holiday anxieties. Did I pack everything, will the sea be rough, did I leave all our documents in order here, just In case...? Once I'm off it will be fine. Have a lovely Indian summer everybody.

Good morning (nearly afternoon) everyone.
I'm on a roll - drove to Bath, did supermarket shop, had hair cut, pootled around the shops and didn't buy a thing now about to hang out washing and get on with some weeding.

Glorious sunshine here and a definite autumnal tang in the air, the trees seem to be changing colour very quickly.

Seems like this weather is set fair for ALL next week! Hope you can all enjoy it!

The reason that it's going to be lovely all next week loopyloo is that we are going to Majorca.

The weather forecast is for light rain, showers, thunderstorms and any combination of the three.
