Coriander, cumin, chilli, nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger, cardamoms, paprika, mustardseeds, fennel seeds, turmeric, cayenne pepper, cloves, juniper berries, caraway seeds. Have I forgotten anything? Probably! I use spices a lot in cooking smile

I went on a coach company walking holiday in the Lakes. We stayed beside Lake Bassenthwaite, where ospreys were nesting, but time wasn't allowed to go to the veiwing centre. Also some of the walks were scheduled for shopping, my least favourite occupation!

What is your favourite herb?

Indinana Wed 30-Sept-15 08:20:06

Suck a polo mint without biting it until it's so thin that it snaps soundlessly in half on my tongue grin

What was the most disappointing holiday you ever had?
