Yes, one of my closest friends is someone I met at school.

How many miles a week do you drive on average?

Now DD and family are no longer in the area it's no more than about 25 and that's all food shopping.

Do you wear slippers?

Yes. They have to have proper soles because I pop in and out to the garden in them.

How many house plants do you have?

Far too many to mention. DH has a thing for orchids and it is like an oriental grotto in our lounge. He sticks plants in every window.

What clothes do you wear when you want to chill out ?

T shirt and Trackie bottoms.

Maths !!! I slipped through the net and can only do basics

Do you get on with any siblings you may have ?

Only have one brother. We are not close, but have never fallen out.

That of an elderly mouse...naturally.

Duvet, I don't like being "tucked in"

What are your plans for today?

I used to love being 'tucked in'

A planner. I'm not clever enough to be last-minute

Very much a planner.

I had two white mice

No. I think I used to be quite good, but listening to myself lately, I dont think I can rate myself as any better than average.

Have you had to give up any hobbies due to ill health?

Not ill health, but poor eyesight prevents me doing fine cross stitch these days.

Do you ever make your own bread?

I did years ago, when I had an Aga, but not any more

If you could choose any country to live in, except the one you're currently living in, which one would you choose and why?

I have a nephew in Canada. He loves it there, I'd like to try.

What would you do if you could be invisible for a day ?

I would probably do something nasty to SIL to punish him for hurting DD and DGCs so badly. He is currently away at the Grand Prix, having paid no child maintenance for weeks.

Do you watch the X Factor?
