The nuthatch ( see them every day)



Would you like snow at Christmas?

I would love snow at Christmas (as long as everyone had arrived)

Do you make your own Christmas puddings?

No. Most family members find it too rich.

Do you grow any fruits?

Yes - blackcurrants and strawberries though actually they tend to grow themselves!

Do you enjoy listening to or watching quiz programmes?

I enjoy listening to Pop Master on radio 2.

Are you a sweet or savoury type of person ?

Can't decide I like both at different times.

Do you wear a watch ?

Yes

Blinds or curtains?

Kitchen and bathroom blinds the rest curtains.

Do you like surprises, what was the best you've had ?

I do like suprises, my 60th party was completely unexpected!!

Skirts or trousers ?

Haven't worn a skirt since I left work 9 years ago.

Which is your supermarket of choice if distance were no object?

Marks and sparks, I like their food.

Asda, even though it's furthest away of all the big ones.

What will you be eating for Christmas dinner?

Boring turkey and trimmings with orange baked carrots. My DSs always want the same when they come.

What is your favourite smell and why/

Freshly baked bread, because I know I shall be eating it!

Do you keep, or have you ever kept a dairy?

I keep the kind of diary that records what I am meant to be doing rather than what I have done

Is your garden/area immediately around you ok this morning ?

Yes from our end of terrace home we overlook a field and further down the valley we get glimpses of the Thames. I sit and look at the view every morning whilst I eat my porridge and fruit.

What is your favourite sweet?

Tricky as I don't eat many sweets but probably liquorice allsorts (except the round coconut ones).

Do you ever go for walks in the rain?

I wouldn't start out in the rain but have often been on a walk when it's rained. Cagoule with hood has usually sufficed. I don't really mind it.
