We're going out today. Somewhere. Don't know where yet - DH is still slumbering - but this is about to change!

We have appointments to look at houses today. First is a doer upper and second has a downstairs bathroom. Not sure I am willing to take either project on (been there done that!)

It's a bright start here and we are promised quite a warm day. This morning I am taking DS1 for his botox injections and then a rush round Sainsbury's. This afternoon it's my first turn on the school run since term began.

Good morning to you all from another fine morning on the coast. Not a lot planned for today, I must clear up the mess I left in the garden on Tuesday, when I made myself too tired to finish it off, and the ironing still waits. On the other hand I might just pop up to the bowls club to see one or two friends......................................Enjoy your days.

It's a lovely sunny start and supposed to be a bit warmer too! I really should do some housework but my joints are all hurting and I think I might find an excuse!

Brightening up nicely after early morning fog, which is good because we are going out to watch the Tour of Britain pass through our region at lunchtime. I will prepare our lunch, (making pork and apple burgers) before we go.

Well it's a good job the sun is out ! DH and I have just spent an hour emptying the water and clothes from the knackered washing machine. Clothes are now dripping nicely on the whirly

What a brilliant Thursday - we pretty much toured around the N Wales coast/beaches all day - the weather was fantastic, the picnic was excellent and we escaped the noise and dust from the builders who are working on the back patio! Tomorrow will be all about the oldies so today was a bonus
