You should. (I never do either)

I never log out...

So long as I log out each time.

'ang on! They wouldn't know my email password would they. So they could send me emails, but couldn't read anything in my inbox.

I'm a bit worried now.

Why can't you be https right away? Please.

Hi milli, of course we can. Again, our tech team are quite confident that the site is not at risk, but we've deregistered your account now.

Millli Fri 04-Sept-15 12:46:28

Gransnet...would you please degister my account with you. I am sorry but I am not happy that my main email address is linked to an insecured site. I cannot find anyway to degister on the forum. Many thanks.

Thank you for the reply Lucy but why would you say the site is not at risk? On MN when the attack was occurring we were logging into the site when it was http. How do you know that this site could not be attacked?

LucyGransnet (GNHQ) Fri 04-Sept-15 11:45:57

Hi Milli, we have checked and double-checked with our tech team and though the site is not https yet (it will be soon) we have no reason to believe that it is at risk.

This appears to have been reported to Mumsnet several times but nothing has changed so thought I would post on here to make members aware. The log in page is http and not https which is the secure log in page we have been told to use after the recent problems. Hopefully something will be done soon. Hopefully.
