Lovely to hear about all your exploits, and I'm definitely the lame duck at the moment, steps-wise. I spent 5 hours today helping clean DS's house, now that the bulk of the messy building work is done. It was all good physical exercise, but apparently I only walked about 2000 steps (granted a lot of the time I was shuffling along on my knees, pushing a bucket).
Yesterday I had to get myself to DGS2's by bus, train and foot, then we had a puddle-jumping expedition, so I did well for my step count -nearly 9000. DH stayed here to help poorly DSIL with her two scallywags. Fortunately, everyone seems to be healthy today, so we may have turned the corner to health and normality now
