Good Morning Sunday

Spoke too soon re weather today. We had a cloudburst and now the sun has come out.

Good morning all. It's dull here too this morning and very windy. It might clear up later.

Yesterday evening was a bit of a disaster. Weather cloudy, hot and humid and spots of rain. DGD and boyfriend had a delayed and bumpy flight. Having been told not to eat earlier as we were going straight out for a meal, they arrived starving. By the time we got there all the restaurants were full and GD (aged 24) ended up eating chicken and chips and her BF pizza.
Earlier a snake fell out of a tree on to DH It hopped off pretty quickly.

Everyone seems happy.

We have high grey cloud, with one or two breaks with blue sky peeping through. I am hopeful, as I am about to hang out the washing! Tynedale is promised a fine day. DS is coming for his lunch, which today is a smoked bacon joint. What I am serving with it is anybody's guess at the moment, but I'll give it some thought.

Good morning from a grey skied Colchester. Rain overnight here and promised on and off all day. Quiet Sunday with a roast beef lunch.

Good morning all!

It is a brightish morning in north Leicestershire and the forecast is for a reasonable day.

We bought a new chair for the lounge a couple of weeks ago so now we need to go shopping for new cushions for the sofas and a new lamp . We should know better and just leave things be!! Still, we get breakfast in Carluccios before so it's not all bad news!

Very dull and grey in N Kent. Yesterday was sunny and warm, today is supposed to be the same. Am I deluded to think it's going to turn out sunny?

Well it was chucking it down at 6-30 this morning in north essex but its stopped now and the sky looks a lot better
Its going to be a day of wait and see

Horrible here. Wet and dismal.

DS and family are coming today and staying over so we can get an early start at the Aylsham Show tomorrow. That's the idea anyway, but the forecast for the show looks pretty horrible at the moment. Hope they remember their wellies!

At least we haven't had to worry about hosepipe bans this year!
