Good morning from a sunny SW. DH seems to have generously shared his 'bug' so it's back to bed for me. Hope you all stay well and Tuesday is good to you.

Very dull and grey here in N Kent. Sun is supposed to show it's face sometime today.
I have to take DH to work then pop into town.

Good morning from a grey skied Colchester. Supposed to be a bit drizzly here today.
Expecting a builder any minute to reseal and tile our leaky shower tray and put new floor tiles down in ensuite. Have spent last half hour moving stuff out of bedroom and covering immovable stuff because there WILL be dust

Morning, dudes. Another summer day with an autumnal edge (love it!) here. The hay field next to us was cut yesterday so I suppose they'll be coming to scrow it today.

Grey cloud here in Sussex. Yesterday went to look at asters and came back with a half price rose now having to plan what to move where! Still it is eglatine my absolute favourite along with Harlow Carr which I haven't yet got. Will molly coddle it until the autumn when it will then be planted. Still haven't got any further with the asters.

Good morning all.just dull here in Stockport, the sun did show her face yesterday and it was generally a pleasant day but I am fed up with watering the garden. Never satisfied, that's me.

whitewave you have brought back happy memories of the RHS gardens Harlow Carr in Harrogate where we had a lovely lunch in Betty's tea rooms when my DH still had his memory. He will have forgotten all about it it now.

Good morning to you all, a little grey here, we seem to have almost constant cloud these days, although it is warm and bright, so I am not really complaining. It is also autumnal, do feel it is a little early in the year for that. Not a lot planned for the day, so we shall see what it brings. Enjoy your days.

Oh Ann we have never been there but it does sound particularly lovely. We went to the NT rose garden at ((something)Abbey - senior moment, which was absolutely glorious, and those were the two roses I picked out that is out of hundreds and hundreds.

It is very dull and cloudy here but I don't mind as I have a deskful of admin to do followed by a list of phone calls and jl are delivering a new chair for the lounge. Hope it 'goes' with the other furniture.

Good morning everyone.
The sky is overcast in my part of Northumberland. A few spots of rain on the windscreen on my way home from work, but no rain at home. I think the sun will burn it's way through the clouds eventually. It feels autumnal though, I put the heater on in the car. We had a lovely sunset last night.

Cloudy here too in south Manchester. I hope it stays fine as forecast as I am just about to put a coat of gloss paint on the front door which I undercoated yesterday. I will then have to stay in all day as I can't close the door until the paint is dry so it will be a chance to catch up on all those jobs I've been putting off.

Morning all! Overcast but calm and mild here on SE Hampshire coast. I'm due at the hairdresser's at 11am for a trim and blow (and to hear about her son's wedding last week).

Hope today is not as eventful as yesterday turned out to be when we had the joy of a blocked sewer to deal with! DH and next door neighbour eventually managed to rod it clear and I had the important job of periodically flushing the upstairs loo to help clear it. I told DH it wasn't flushing properly but he wouldn't have it ....until yesterday.
