Today I have washing to do (still in the launderette), and an appointment to make for a hair cut. If they can do it today that would be fab.

I am sniffy though because of the high pollen count.

Good morning to you all, another of those brightish mornings when it looks as if it might, but then on the other hand it might not, either be sunny or rain? Our daughter came and spent the evening/night with us as it was her dad's birthday yesterday, and we have enjoyed that. Off to wake her up now she has to go to work. Enjoy your days.

There was a power cut during the night so now everything with a clock needs resetting. Blast it.

Bright with high hazy cloud here today. DH has taken himself off birding on his own as I've received a call to babysit while DiL goes for a blood test. So I get at least a couple of hours with my nearly two year old DGS. At present he's into dragging clean clothes from drawers to take outside to hang out or re-arranging the kitchen cupboards or posting stones into anywhere you can't get them out of. But not toys. Doesn't play wth toys. I think we may go for a long walk!

Dull in North Leicestershire this morning but that is good as it was too hot to garden yesterday afternoon so I can do some this morning and then the rain expected this afternoon can do the watering. . I also have to go to collect 2 DGC from school which is why it will rain!
