Hello everyone! Bright here at the moment.
Dentist this morning for impressions, I hate that gloopy stuff.... :/

Bright but overcast in Durham. When is summer coming?

Ooo it's chilly here today...cloudy and a cool wind. My excitement for the day is..it's my birthday (hurrah)..but I am now 66 ( not hurrah ) ... where on earth have all those years disappeared to ?

We are going to our local greyhound rescue kennels (where my two came from) to walk some lovely dogs....then home for a sarnie.... a cream tea later then out for a meal with number one son and his lovely lady .

I shall be knackered by bedtime with all this activity !!!

It's a bright start in North Leicestershire but, if yesterday is anything to go by, it won't be very chilly. Yet another trip to a different garden centre on a quest for Japanese Anemones!

Cloudy, with a few bits of blue sky showing through in Northumberland, still very cool though. My DH heard a man on the radio say that we would have cool weather until well into July, I hope he's wrong!

Yesterday was sunny but the wind was oh-so-cold. Today it's overcast, breezy and decidedly chilly. AND it just rained! Summer must be coming soon - surely!

Off to plant out the boxes in the market square with their summer bedding this morning. It can't wait any longer - we really need the weather to improve.

Happy Birthday Sheena. My cousin helps out at her local greyhound rescue kennel and has three at home, they are lovely dogs. Enjoy your day.

It's a lovely bright day, I've been very lucky with the weather whilst I've been here, though I can't say it's been warm. That wind yesterday was freezing. Still, bright is good and the roses in all the front gardens I've been walking past are beautiful.

Good morning all, I am sitting in Benbecula airport waiting for my tiny propeller plane to take me to Glasgow for a checkup on my skin cancer, fingers crossed its all gone.
