Oh! I feel for you, that is painful, so just try to take it easy. The trouble is you feel so helpless when you fall, and even more so when you can't do things. Take care.

Oh Glamma - so sorry to hear of your nasty fall. Hope you heal well and quickly.

This is something we all dread as we get older. The paving slabs in many towns and cities are very uneven and I tripped on one recently but managed to stop myself falling.

Poor Glamma Falls and injuries are something I worry about more as I get older.
We are all so much more prone to injury as we don't bounce back from such things like we used to.

glamma has asked me to thank you all for your get well wishes and messages.

She is all the colours of the rainbow and has a lot of pain and only is managing to sleep for 2hrs at a time, but has managed to type a short email with her left hand... so I have no doubt she will soon be back.

Porr glamma - it would be her right arm that was broken, wouldn't it? Hope she's back on form soon.

I imagine the bruising will be spectacularly impressive but definitely not worth the pain and discomfort
