On a week's break in The New Forest. Brightening up nicely.

Off for a guided walk around the lovely little town of Lymington. The walk is called 'Sea Salt and Smugglers' should be good. Then visiting a local Garden for the Open Garden Scheme. Nice supper out tonight. In bed by 9.00 pm bliss.

Good morning all, the sun is now breaking through the clouds, so perhaps a little gardening today, I have some plants which need to be planted out. How lovely for you Nan, we have had so many enjoyable holidays in the part of the country you are now visiting, although of course we do not live far from the New Forest. Lymington holds special memories for me, we used to visit there from Christchurch, where we often camped, or later shared a caravan with our greatest friends. Isn't it lovely to have fond memories of places. Hope the weather stays fine for you.

It was cloudy when I posted 'over there' but as predicted the sun is peeking through.

Thought I was seeing double ninathenana too early in the morning!

I'm later than usual, thanks to a lovely lie-in. My DH made the breakfast, I feel quite pampered!
The weather here in Northumberland is cloudy and breezy. I heard a heavy shower before rising, let's hope it clears up soon. I thought we were supposed to have a good day today!

Not as bright as it was 1hr ago here in north essex its clouded over but I think the sun is behind the grey skies hope so YS and family are coming to dinner today. What I really need is a new cooker struggle a bit with this one when cooking for a few people but I'm sure I will cope enjoy your day

Good morning, grey but warmer in Colchester at the moment. Off to Braintree to watch DS in an athletics competition. Should be dry and warm enough to enjoy a picnic lunch. Home later for roast dinner. Pork actually!
