flussy flong newist?
Just how many whacky muffins have you scoffed nibbled?

whitewave Mon 04-May-15 19:29:00

I have just had a thought has anyone a spare broom just in case dragon/dog doesn't turn up to give me a lift? only I really couldn't face surfing back to Brighton tonight.

Forget the gin a muffin or two should do the trick

newist Mon 04-May-15 19:28:27

Well there you go whitewave i shall ring my SIL in Torquay to see if she can find your Royal Regal dress, failing that you will have to rough it Like I is doing

newist Mon 04-May-15 19:24:59

The best thing about being here, apart from the wonderfull company is , nothing hurts, I can dance round the fire, watching I dont burn my flussy flong, OH what joy

whitewave Mon 04-May-15 19:21:55

Damn good job iam64 had such wonderful news as the dog/dragon was supposed to be picking her up - goodness knows where he is.

Actually newist if worse comes to worse you can get into my wet suit with me, only I have a horrible feeling that I have left my queenly costume behind.

newist Mon 04-May-15 19:19:16

After these wonderful Muffins, I would love a fluffy thong, with no embarrassment whatsoever, whats in the Muffins?

Gagagran Mon 04-May-15 19:17:54

Yes Newist - special as of the herbal variety - I'm feeling very relaxed after nibbling one. Peace man. smile

loopylou Mon 04-May-15 19:17:09

thistledoo's got thongs newist...........hmm
I'm sure Guinivere might find something for you to cover your embarrassment with.

newist Mon 04-May-15 19:15:55

whitewave you had your fun in Torquay, no doubt with my inlaws, now is the time to find a big roller hitch a ride, and get here soon

whitewave Mon 04-May-15 19:14:41

Oh! I can see a flame in the sky I suppose it is the dragon/dog he seems to be heading the wrong way though.

loopylou Mon 04-May-15 19:13:33

Stupid megadragon's just cinderised a troll's golf cart, trying to light the troll's headlights.......

annodomini did you miss the flight chart reading tutorial? Concordia's not very happy with you, I'll pour her another quart of mead, that should do the trick.

Thistledoo the pyre will be lit shortly if I can find the right/dry matches dragon, it's starting to drizzle here and the dragons are sulking under the ramparts (ram's not too cheerful, he's seen the spit)

whitewave Mon 04-May-15 19:13:05

Anyone bringing any Gin only I really could do with one. I can't feel my feet or hands, and my nose is bright red.

newist you had just as well go on ahead as you are going to get there before me.

Newquay looks nice from the sea, and the surf looks beautiful rolling onto the beaches.

newist Mon 04-May-15 19:12:18

Do you mean Special as in SPECIAL enhanced Muffins, if yes then oh Yes please

Gagagran Mon 04-May-15 19:08:34

nannieroz and I got here a while ago and we have lit a huge bonfire to guide in all forms of transport, dry any damp clothes and generally set a welcoming scene for everyone.

Has anyone else brought a musical instrument? I've got my uilleann pipes and thought we could maybe have a GN Arthurian orchestra? If not I shall just sit and make a start on my SPECIAL muffins to get in the mood. Anyone like to try one?

newist Mon 04-May-15 19:07:17

I love quilted cloaks, thanks, Will underwear be needed, ?

annodomini Mon 04-May-15 19:05:34

Wow! That flying lesson a few weeks ago has certainly paid off. Is that the Eiffel Tower down there?

Galen Mon 04-May-15 19:05:31

Makes a change from him being singed!
Better get him back on track, he's needed to light the BBQ !

Thistledoo Mon 04-May-15 19:02:19

Having a smooth flight so far but air traffic control seem to think I'm a UFO, silly people. Armed with haggis, whiskey, clooty dumpling. Hunks + two fresh kilts and thongs. Could you prepare the landing lights as I'm not too sure where Tintagel actually is. Could be rough landing.
I'm so excited, can't wait to meet you all.

loopylou Mon 04-May-15 19:02:19

Balmoral!
Better fire up your turbochargers or give the dragon-thrust a good kick up the whotsit hmm

newist the cauldrons are bubbling so plenty of hot water - I'll hold off adding the toads eyes and newt legs until you're warm and dry. There's a fetching quilted cape to wear (I'm sure Merlin won't mind youpinching borrowing it)

annodomini Mon 04-May-15 19:02:07

On my way with refreshments in refrigerated boxes. Blue box contains vodka jellies; white box contains vodka martini lollies; green box contains toffee vodka lollies. Don't eat them all at once or we may have to organise a dormitory. z z z z z z z z z Any teetotallers (unlikely)? There are some chocolate lollies in a red box. Zooooooooom, sonic boooooooom, here I come.

whitewave Mon 04-May-15 19:00:11

I made the wrong decision to surf to Tintagel, it is taking much longer than I thought.
Thanks for the light at Lands End it was really dodgy going past Falmouth Harbour, first I had to dodge some rather large tankers and then some sightseeing lunatics who thought they were photographing a whale. I was not best pleased.

Oh! who was the dog/dragon supposed to be picking up only I have just discovered that after he left me he veered off to Studland and has been enjoying himself singeing the nudists. He really is out of control.

Nearly at St Ives - the surf is better here on the North Coast so hopefully I will be able to arrive on time.

annodomini Mon 04-May-15 18:56:19

Balmoral, eh? Taking the scenic route I see!

boheminan Mon 04-May-15 18:53:56

What invisibility spell Wheniwasyourage?hmm. I met a gibbering gargoyle outside the Randolph that I presumed was you. The Bat Nav flew off when we passed over Buckingham Palace, so I have no idea who's tickling your leg. Hold tight - Oh look, there's Balmoral Castle....

newist Mon 04-May-15 18:53:05

I have just paddled past 2 rocks called the sisters so the end is in sight, It is too late for the Tenas, I am decidedly damp, my arms keep going like windmills. I was so keen to get here I haven't got anything dry to wear, hope there is a fire to get dried out and catch my breath

Wheniwasyourage Mon 04-May-15 18:25:43

Sorry I was invisible when I found you in Oxford, Boheminan but you coped very well with the fright I must have given you. Just can't get the hang of this invisibility spell. Can't get the hang of navigating either. Has your Bat Nav any idea where we are (and please tell it to stop tickling my leg).
