Good morning. in Brum.

The most glorious day here on the South Coast. Mum's today then this evening a dinner with 10 friends we meet up every now and then and all bring a dish. I am taking a trifle tonight.

Good morning, dry and bright and the sun woke me early.
DD is 46 today, eek ! where did the years go.
School holiday starts today and GD2 coming to stay tomorrow while her sister is at Brownie camp.

A bit later than you, ann60. The sun has come out and there are patches of blue sky. Strange weather, but, I suppose, typical English spring - alternating wet and dry; sunny and gloomy.

The calm before the storms here in Manchester. This morning I will be helping a friend who is moving house on Tuesday, then a dash to the supermarket and an urgent visit to the library to return the almost overdue books.

Meat shopping and a visit to mum plus wrapping DGD3's birthday presents for me today.

Our two GSs 2 and 4 are coming for their first 2 night sleepover with us today.

It's Sod's law that last weekend we had lovely weather in the Thames Valley and this weekend should be wet most of the time.

Anyway it should be a fun packed weekend with all their favourite food, games and movie night.

Please send me some energy pills.

Off to collect our new caravan today - a slightly bigger four berth, not so claustrophobic later in the year when it's colder and dark. Plus we now need a bigger spare room!
