Cold, wet and breezy in mid Essex though we are promised it will brighten by midday. We'll see.

Miserable morning, here in Cheshire, as you say, Nellie.

Good morning from soggy Cheshire. If you want to do any gardening do it before the weekend as the weather forecast gives rain for Saturday, Sunday and Monday.

Hoping the weather will clear as I am taking plants over to DS's I have saved quite a few from autumn's splitting and tidy up and bought him a couple. So he has asked me to plan his garden - so far I have started on the back which has a huge east facing wall so have bought him a Madam Carriere rose - a large climber because it is good for the east facing and white which will shine in the evening when they are home. I have also bought a persian ivy which has white/cream edges to compliment the rose. Will continue with the green/white theme in that part of the garden. Planning a lush tropical effect as he already has a large palm tree and pond in that part of the garden. Love doing this!!! Will use their birthday money and possibly Christmas cash to purchase the plants.

DH is having a tooth removed this morning.

Good morning all.
As Lona has said damp and unpleasant. Now I would much rather take GC to the park than have to entertain them at home as I always had to "play with me Nana" that really did wear me out.
I have to be on call this afternoon for a telephone appt from GP reviewing DH's Meds. We have been waiting 3weeks for this.

Good morning everyone
Bright and quite sunny here, at the moment.....
Only one more shift after today then I've finished my Back to Practice course. Unfortunately the experience has highlighted just why nurses leave the NHS, so am very undecided about what I want to do......

Wet and windy all night and just the same this morning.

Lots of 'bits and pieces ' to do today.

Dull and damp in my part of the world. No big plans for today, so I really must use the time to get on top of all the jobs I've been putting off and don't really feel like doing. Trouble is, I'm half way through a really good book ...

Lona Thu 26-Mar-15 08:20:09

Morning all!
I'm probably in the minority in being glad that it's wet and dull! Dgd is coming so we can stay in and be lazy .......... Because I'm SHATTERED! grin
I'm going to miss her so much though when she goes back to nursery.
