Good morning. The lovely sunshine we had yesterday has disappeared. Dull and grey now.

annodomini Thu 19-Mar-15 09:28:32

Good morning. Bright, sunny, chilly.

Good morning everyone.
Cold start here in Mid Essex and overcast. Haircut this afternoon but not much else planned.
So glad to hear ann that you found the latest CPN such a help. It is a pity that people in your positoin can't have a regular visit even if it is only once every couple of months. flowers

Bright and sunny but sharp in Durham. I wait for the hawthorn to come out PRINTMISS and still don't cast too many clouts here.

PRINTMISS Thu 19-Mar-15 09:16:15

Lona keeping a few things available for chilly winds, and nothing is ever put away too far! Ne'er cast a clout till May is out still holds good in this household, never sure whether that means the may flower, or the month! With the weather going mad all of the world, anything could happen, I think.

Good morning from a frosty, sunny North Devon - another beautiful day ahead! smile and I can go for walks (short ones) now!

kittylester Thu 19-Mar-15 09:07:32

OK, so DH lied and the Richard III procession is on Sunday not today. sad

Just come back from our morning walk - very chilly - and during the walk Dunc - the dog - sat beside what I thought was a piece of white clothe but when I caught him up I realized that it was an injured barn owl which I thought initially was dead but it moved so I gathered it up and we completed our walk and gave it into a local vets. Everything is crossed for it's life but I don't hold out much hope.

What started out as bright and sunny has now descended into the more usual gloom.
Off to take lodger dog for his morning constitutional then might do something less than interesting with a duster!
Enjoy your day everyone, whatever you have planned.

Lona Thu 19-Mar-15 08:26:55

Oh PRINTMISS Don't put your winter clothes away yet, we don't want to be jinxed! hmm

PRINTMISS Thu 19-Mar-15 08:16:32

Good morning to you all, it is bright, but misty, if you understand what I mean, so I am hopeful that the sun will shine again later. I am having to water the pots at the moment, because the weather has been quite warm and dry. Not a lot planned for today, the ironing has piled up because of the nice weather we have been having, gone a bit over-board with getting things washed ready to put away for the winter. Enjoy your days.

Morning Mick, morning all.

It's a beautiful bright morning here, I've got my fingers crossed that the weather holds for the eclipse tomorrow.

kittylester Thu 19-Mar-15 08:01:50

Good morning all!

It's grey and cold again in North Leicestershire this morning!

And it's Sainsbury's again this morning!! Hopefully, I am going to sit in front of the tv this afternoon and watch the Richard III procession . I am surprised to ding that I am quite excited about it!

Enjoy your days everyone sunshine

A very frosty, sunny morning to you all, (when you get up!) sunshine
Ann flowers Whatever happened to common sense? Not much of it about I'm afraid.

Dgd coming today, I hope she isn't too full of beans hmm

annsixty Thu 19-Mar-15 07:39:41

Good morning Mick and all.I thought you were sleeping in this morning grin
Beautiful day here in Stockport but quite a frost.
DH's new CPN who came yesterday was like a breath of fresh air.Full of practical common sense but once again she will only visit once more and then discharge him back to the GP practice and chocolate teapot comes to mind about them at the moment.
