Weather update. The weather here in East Sussex is terrible. Strong wind and really heavy rain. The radiators are very hot but not keeping up with the weather at all. Batten down the hatches.

Final set of cupboards (kitchen) today..... taking ages as I am struggling with a cold. All the old mis-matched cutlery has gone to a charity shop neatly tied in bundles!

Very bright, breezy and coolish here in mid Essex. Good day for washing the towels.
Will be ringing a friend this morning. She is 90 and her health has deteriorated over the past few months. Even with carers going in she is finding it increasingly diffucult to cope and she has to decide whether she wants to go to the hospice so it is a sad time. No one is putting on any pressure - it will be her decision entirely.

Morning all. Usual morning here with me fighting for space in the bed with DH, dog and cat taking Up 90% of the bed.

It's very windy and damp here in East Sussex but main rain not due until this afternoon so need to get out shopping this morning.

Half term next week so will see one set of grandchildren.

Morning all, looks damp and breezy here in Kent this morning. It's my Friday Nanna day today. Hope it stays dry so we can go to a park with cute pigtailed Grandaughter. Then later on taking her to see her two big sisters (17 & 6) dance together in their little show. (Proud nanna emotion )

The cloud is much thinner this morning with a hint of blue. Forecast was for rain last night but it didn't happen.

Not a bad morning in north essex at least that low cloud has gone and its quite btight.But the sky was realy red this morning

Art class this morning. Seas. Perhaps I'll learn the secret. The only sea I can paint at the moment is a dead flat calm.

Good morning all, damp and dismal here on the coast at the moment, I think rain is forecast for the rest of the day, it has been a really dry week, I have had to refill the bird bath several times - they do enjoy a good splash! I think we shall be playing bowls this morning, first time for a few weeks, the other half is a bit undecided what he wants to do these days, just waiting for his cataract to be sorted, a bit fed up with himself. I am just going with the flow, but definitely fish and chips from the chippie for lunch. Enjoy your days.
