Off to West Sussex with DH to look after our two GSs nearly 4 and 2 for two whole nights. I'm praying that they both sleep and then we can cope.

After I have been to the butcher in the next village, I have a jaunt to Sheffield hospital with DS1 for his annual check on his FES. I think I'm due a sit down then!

Good morning Mick and everyone. It's cloudy and a little milder here in Northumberland. This evening I have to take my little dog to the Vet. He suspects she may have a brain tumour. He says he will be able to tell, just by looking in her eyes! She is 16 this year so she has done very well!

Frosty here in East Sussex but calm and quiet. Finishing off a bit of crochet today and then I wxpect I will have to move some dust around. Housework is unforgiving in my opinion. People only notice it when it's not done.

Good morning from Cheshire, it's clear the sky will be blue, when the sun gets a little higher. 7degC wow! That will feel better.

There is nothing like trying to get washed and dressed with a phone in your hand while trying to a GP appointment. 10 mins and the GP I want is fully booked. I will persevere next week it is a follow up "routine" appointment.

Minus 2 degrees in north essex its frosty but nice and sunny. Bye

Good morning everyone.
Very cold in mid Essex with hard frost but the sun is out so the temperature should rise.
brenda is quite right. People only notice when housework is not done. Now that DH and I find holidays difficult to cope with we spend the money saved on having a cleaning firm in once a fortnight to blitz the house. It is money well spent as far as I'm concerned. I can spend more time on Gransnet without worrying that I should be doing chores.

Zero on the thermometer this morning but colder out in the garden.
