Good morning Michael, snowing heavily here in North Wiltshire, just as well not planning to go out today.....never get roads gritted around here.

We had snow overnight but the forecast is for heavy rain and high winds! . I am taking DD to Hemel Hempstead for an xray on her broken wrist so I hope the weather isn't too bad, whatever it does.

Morning michael and all. It's still dark here in lovely liverpool. It looks mild but I can't really tell because I can't open the back door to peep. It's locked and my aunt is in bed with a hangover following a memorial night for her husband. Shhhh don't tell I told you she'd be mortified.

Good morning! We have a covering of snow, and it seems quite icy as the cars are going very slowly past my window.
I'm going out in an hour so I hope it starts to melt. I get very nervous walking on the icy pavements. I'm going to try out those rubber things that fit on the sole of boots to stop slipping.

DH started new meds yesterday so we have to keep a lookout for his BP dropping. Fingers crossed we don't have any more to deal with.

School run this afternoon; here's hoping the would be F1 lot are being sensible.

Cold but bright here in mid Essex. No particular plans for the day. DD and SIL had booked a week's holiday in Scotland but have had to abandon the idea. They live in Cumbria but even so thought it would not be wise to attempt the journey.

Bright and chilly here in Southern England. No particular plans for the day. Yesterday went out for lunch and enjoyed Tapas - delicious!

Good morning. Woke up to a thin layer of snow in Brum. It is now very cold but sunny.

Good morning. The sun is still around here's in Portugal. A bit cloudy and slightly cooler but it's warming up quickly. Heard DH is probably coming out of hospital later so I'd better get organised.

Morning all. We've had the lightest dusting of snow overnight. More is forecast for Dartmoor and local knowledge says if Dartmoor get it we get it.

I am in the middle of icing the WI cake. It is an eleven inch square and it took DH and me two goes to get the fondant on but it looks OK. Now I am going to attempt making wired roses and leaves for the top and ribbon insertion around the sides.

A bit late to say Good Morning - no snow here but traces of ice here and there in this corner of Cheshire.
I've been cleaning the house prior to going on holiday tomorrow. Grandson is house-sitting - he doesn't know one end of a vacuum cleaner to the other.
