Good Morning Friday

Incredibly mild here today. No heating on yet and sitting in the conservatory enjoying the sun.

Walking was a pleasure this morning - good to note what appeared to be a lot of New Year's resolutions getting off to a fine start. Lots of new walkers, joggers and cyclists. We usually have much of the walk to ourselves!

Another bright and sunny day. Our front door, which is metal gets the sun full on it all day and has been making strange clanging noises as it expands so quickly. So I'm sitting here with it wide open to let the fresh air in.
Marieclaire it always seems strange to think of desert areas being cold. I have a friend who went to New Mexico for Christmas and she was hoping to see snow.

Good morning all. Quite bright and breezy here in Cheshire - chance of showers, but we're going to meet our cousin at Dunham Massey for lunch and a stroll through the gardens.

Very sunny and breezy here in mid Essex but not cold. Ideal day for drying towels which are now out.

It was blowing a hoolie here most of the night. Now bright, breezy and quiet mild.
Strip to the supermarket with both DGS today, fun !

It's a nice bright day in North Leicestershire with just a little wind.

Not much planned for today.

It is mild and the sun is attempting to peep out in NW London. At least I will save on heating for a while because I have not needed to switch it on yet.

Beautiful here too in North Norfolk. DH is still in bed though - I fear he may have had a bad night - and I never noticed!

Good morning all. I arrived home from work to find OH had turned the heating off!! I didn't think it was that warm.
DD, SiL as four GC coming today, and are staying the night, perhaps two while visiting great grandparents. All the beds to change and get ready. Busy day ahead!

Morning, everyone. A rude awakening when I heard an ambulance siren passing along the nearby main road. Quite a windy day here in south Manchester, but so much warmer and I can turn the heating down again.

Still dark here in East Sussex. We had a lot of rain last night but dry now and no frost so must be warmer.
Three small DGC coming for lunch today so will have to stir myself and go and get some food for them. Probably it will be chicken and chips with Timamasu.
Their dog comes too so my Mungo will be pleased also.

Good morning! Phoenix, Arizona is unusually frosty at 36F in this early morning hour. And I am tucked up in my comforter watching the palm trees sway outside my window, listening to the splashing water fountain below, and feeling my first real desert winter in a while. I am finding it lovely. And it may be time to fire up our neglected fireplace today and play games inside.
