Vampire you're only human and as long as your children don't know you can feel as smug as you like. Xx

I know it's wrong of me but she winds me up so much and I can never show it for fear of the children realising that we're not really good friends. So I can't help but feel smug when these things happen blush

The children's mother came to collect them this morning. After they'd shown her their presents they wanted to show her their room. This was because they wanted to see how tidy it was.

This amused me because they always tidy their room before they go home and like it to be immaculate whereas they're bedrooms at their mum's are unmitigated tips. Then to rub salt in her wounds they apologised for not having had time to vacuum it.

Just before they left they offered around some peppermint creams they'd made. Our son tucked into one and his mother said, "But you don't like peppermint."

Our son just smiled. He does this all the time. He winds her up about food whereas he eats everything we put in front of him.

Oh boy did I feel smug grin
