There are various web sites such as www.noradsanta.org/ on which children can track the progress of Santa's sleigh round the world. Good fun activity for Christmas Eve though a few years ago my then 4-year-old GS - a proper little spoilsport - was heard to exclaim, "I don't believe it!"

I think that Christmas Eve is probably the best day of the year, you can almost feel the air crackling with the excitement of all those children just waiting for Father Christmas!

For the attention of all PARENTS of young children: On 24th December at just before 6pm, the International Space Station will make a pass over the UK, lasting for about 3 minutes. Clouds allowing, the pass will be bright and clear.
For the attention of all young CHILDREN: On 24th December at just before 6pm you will be able to see Santa's sleigh flying through the sky.
