Pat on the back for Mothercare

DD and I went in Mothercare to buy a cosy outer sleep suit for DGS when he stays with me, he shares with me and I hate a warm bedroom.
saw lovely cosy fleecy ones, 25€ reduced by 40%, ok fine for us, asked why they were so cheap,,,, Thomas the Tank Engine, we don't get him here, so none of the children wanted them.
Not complaining here but i think a buyer somewhere may have got their fingers smacked.

Had a problem with non-delivery of an item from Mothercare online. Only 1 of 2 items delivered despite the carrier saying they were signed for.
Phone Mothercare customer service, got the usual "high call volumes message" but after choosing just 2 options I was through in seconds and they sorted it out within a couple of minutes, lady was very helpful and pleasant. Received an almost instant email saying that they were dispatching a replacement.
If this do go wrong, I could not have asked for any better service.
