Limerick writing Mark 4 (animal, vegetable and mineral)

Oh thinking of what rhymes with site.

Then slope off to bed

I'll mix it with lead

Having recently discovered this site

I've just found some red kryptonite

Washed down with a pot of Brooke Bond

He'll have carp and chutney

So tonight for his tea

Of koi carp fish he was very fond

The heron eyed up the goldfish pond

At times his tweeting is quite crude

He's lacking in culture

But here comes a vulture

They are large,greedy and rather rude.

The pigeons are scoffing the bird food.

To the marble white snow of December.

The silver stream flowed

The golden sun glowed

It was a Michaelmas Day to remember

One day at the end of September

But tended to lose their heads lots

And kid leather gloves

(don't worry Mini it happens to us all)

His wives had doves

(Sorry, I don't know how I managed to mess up the last one )

He also enjoyed conversing with parrots
