Yes, its great, made me smile - we don't have to put it away!
Any other ideas to raise a smile? (Not sure about the Panto, but maybe next year?)
I was cheerful and a smiler when young, then became very serious, studying and dealing with sad issues, so didn't smile for about 12 years, literally! I make a conscious effort to smile now when out and about and it works - about 50% people smile back and sometimes say something that brightens my day.
That takes any loneliness away. But at home I can get a bit gloomy. Any ideas to cheer me up?
(I'm off to check out the jokes forum - I'm not good at jokes - perhaps I can pick up a few tips. I'm still new to Gransnet, loving it, still exploring it, learning greatly from you all not to be too introspective / gloomy / wittering on - so must stop now!). Thanks.
