Not too bad this morning in north essex but I think we are going to have plenty of rain later HAYHO

Good morning everyone, dark, dim, dreary and uninviting out there, but warm and cosy here indoors. How lucky I am to have that. Not a lot planned for today, might get the steam cleaner out and have a go at the kitchen floor, on the other hand I might not Enjoy your days.

Morning all- very wet here in Melton Mowbray- not going out I think- staying to cook some lovely big soups. the rest of the week looks very wet too.... heating on, lamps on in the day-- dreary!! Stay warm and dry and have a good day. smile

M-ooo--rning, everyone! Dark and dank out there today, but I have a "work day" so I'm all dressed and waiting for off-peak so I can use my Freedom Pass into London. Have a great day, all.

Very dark and miserable here in NW London. It is about to rain buckets fairly soon I think. I wish it would choose a day when I did not have to go out.

Good morning from gloomy wet Petersfield. Off to keep fit this afternoon, rest of the day will be spent painting skirting boards. Have a good one.

Good morning from East Sussex to everyone.
Very windy here but dry. Yesterday they moved the cows and calves from the field opposite and one cow was bellowing all night. Joys of country living.
Charity shop this afternoon but a heavy rain expected will be quiet.

Good morning all. Well it's very rainy and windy here - however I'm having a home day and I'm so cosy in my wee hoosey, I think I'll have a reflection day. Or perhaps catch up on my tv programmes or - let me think - or just stare out of the window - whatever the mood brings. I am so blessed sunshine

Oh that poor calf!!! You can see why people become vegans.

jinglbellsfrocks Mon 06-Oct-14 09:15:28

Oh - it's raining here.

Grannybug Mon 06-Oct-14 09:23:59

Grey and wet here in East Northants but fallen leaves sprinkled on the lawn look like jewels.

Brendawymms Mon 06-Oct-14 09:36:41

The calves and their mums were not being separated jinglebellfrocks just moved. The farm is not a dairy one and the calves stay with their mums a long time. It's funny seeing a half grown calf trying to get small enough to get under the mum to the milk bar.

Wet and windy in NE Cheshire. If I didn't have to pick up a prescription from the pharmacy, I'd be creeping back under the duvet.

Lona Mon 06-Oct-14 09:53:45

Yes anno it's very wild and wet here, so I'm definitely having a lazy, cosy day in.
I think I'd better get my boots out!

kittylester Mon 06-Oct-14 09:55:11

Morning all!!

Flipping wet and miserable here in darked North Leicestershire.

Luckily I had planned a desk day so I will just sit here and watch the rain between sorting my piles out!!

Galen Mon 06-Oct-14 10:12:27

Cold and wet! Even P&O was more pleasant than this

Stansgran Mon 06-Oct-14 10:19:07

Wet and cold here too in Durham. The ironing pile calls. It will keep me warm.

hildajenniJ Mon 06-Oct-14 10:22:13

Morning everyone. As you see, no good was attached. In Northumberland it is wet and windy. Ironing for me to Stansgran, keep smile

Lona Mon 06-Oct-14 10:42:46

kitty I do hope your 'piles' get better soon! grin
