Light cloud here in N Ireland we are having a nice quiet day as all last week was very busy and yesterday DS and family visited and brought me a speaker and showed me once again how to use Spotify - the speaker makes a great difference to the sound ooooooops promised whenever I was online I would use it and I forgot blush

Good morning, uniform grey here. Going to see GC later but this morning they are at the GD2's birthday party at an indoor play area. I had a phone call from DIL yesterday lunchtime saying she could not find the birthday cake GD wanted and would I try and find one and could I drop it off. Thankfully we only live 45 minutes away. God bless A* who had the last Disney princess carriage cake for thirty miles smile

Good morning, looks like a cloudy day today.
I'm feeling very stiff, back's hurting, fingers are painful, all from a heavy session of vacuuming! Little Henry is just too efficient!
I think a long walk is called for to loosen me up.

Sue I hope it's nothing serious.

Mornin' all. Seems like a nice day here too.
I think this is a clearing up day. I finished painting the garden table and wait on gardener tomorrow to put it back together.
I must get the Roombas playing on the carpets and do some washing and make sure the washing up is done....hey, life is too short to do too much of this!

I am plodding on with heavy items of washing- a large bedspread, which should have been done months ago to get the best of the warm, breezy weather. Still, better late than never.

Good morning all, just heard that my daughter who was due to go on holiday today with her husband, has been sick all night, and so has had to cancel. They both really need a holiday and they are really upset about not going, arranging an alternative will be difficult job-wise. Not much we can do, just be here (which we are very good at incidentally!) Anyway, we are off (with our mobile phone). to watch the bowls finals again today, we enjoyed it yesterday - more chat than bowls for me, but it was a nice day to be sitting outside with friends. Enjoy your days.

Morning All.
It started off bright and sunny here, but the cloud has filled in somewhat.
I finished a sloppy joe jumper for DGD3 last night Brenda and have a yearning to get stuck into something cable - does it mean winter draws on?

Brendawymms Sun 14-Sept-14 08:15:16

Good morning all. Another lovely day weather wise.
Finished a thick jumper ready for the winter and started another, all over cable. Help!

Good morni g!

Light cloud in North Leicestershire this morning!

We had a lovely day shopping with DGD yesterday - she is a real joy! But I'm quite tired now!

I'm not sure how this has happened but it appears that I will have an empty house for 4 hours today! Now, shall I tidy up or catch up with Holby City?

Later on, DS1 is coming for Sunday lunch [about 6pm] so it's roast beef and all the trimmings! That's after the vital match against Derby County!

Enjoy your days everyone sunshine
