High cloud in the east this morning - but not cold. I know this as we left a window in our conservatory/sitting room wide open last night!

Morning all! High cloud here in SE Hampshire but it looks as if we'll have another nice day. Feels cooler at nights then warms up during the day.

DH is off to see the Tour of Britain cyclists on the route from Camberley to Brighton today so I have a quiet day in store and I need that after a busy week.

Good morning all. It's very misty in this bit of East Sussex. Planes for Gatwick are going round and round.
Got the money trees repotted and bought them new wheeled stands. The oldest tree is about 25 and they have to come indoors in the winter. Quite a job that.
Also had a good clear out of old pillows, duvets and curtain. The charity shop is collecting the curtains next week the rest went to the local skip.

Cloudy here in the East Midlands but we are promised a nice day.

I agree Nfk funerals are best when there is sadness mixed with happy memories.

Today, DH and I are taking DGD1 shopping for a 'beautiful dress' for her 6th birthday present. We will have lunch and then trail round behind her while she discards our choice and looks at the frilliest, sparkliest on offer!! This looks like becoming a tradition which we relish - DH particularly!! And we always spend more than our limit!

Another lazy day, I really cannot get motivated at all recently, a nagging tooth is not helping, I am just hoping it will get better, I think I have been gritting my teeth too much lately, I do that when involved with something, and then my face aches!
