Good Morning campers. I'm off out for lunch with DS and then onto opticians to get some contact lenses. It must be them that's stopping me from attracting the opposite sex, not the cake shelf, or the goatie, or silver threads through my hair, or constant moaning about health, no, it must be the fact that I do not have contact lenses! Wish me luck!

Good morning all, it's a dull start here, and a definite hint of autumn in the air. I love autumn, but not just yet please.

I'm feeling a lot better today than I have for a week or so (thanks dd!) and I'm having lunch at a beautiful country pub, next to a 13th century church, which is also very special.

The sun is shining in NW London and long may it do so. A trip to the dental hygienist later this morning-that will be cheaper than my last two trips to the vet!

Quite overcast here in north Leicestershire with a pink tinge to the clouds. We were also woken by the DGC 5.30! DD went to a friend's last night so the listener was on the landing all night

The weekly trip to Sainsburys in on the cards for today and then, as today is DH's birthday, a nice meal is called for this evening!
