Good morning from a sweltering Cumbria. Came to my other home, yesterday, to get it ready for sale. DH has been removing tiles from kitchen wall, cleaning them and will put them back. I have managed to lie on the sofa and finish my novel

So I am having coffee.

Sunny and bright here in North Devon, looks like it will be another hot day.

Morning Mick and everyone. I'm slowly melting into an unattractive puddle after our early trip to the supermarket. It was hot yesterday and it's even hotter today - I am beginning to long for a bit of "coolth".

Our choir summer social last night was excellent - held in a lovely garden warm and light until 9.30pm. We had a fish supper plus strawberries and cream and ample liquid refreshment. Great fun and lots of chatting!

Good morning all. It's grey and misty here in Noethumberland, similar to yesterday. The sun appeared by 11.00 am so I'm hoping for the same today.

A lovely day here in north essex.It was so so hot yesterday and it is going to be the same today Off to tescos today I get taken and bought back by the community bus which is realy nice.Have a nice day
