This me trying to make a quick phone call to a hospital clinic to re-schedule an apt:
Phone is answered: Warning your call is being recorded for training purposes, [Yeah right, you mean if I shout at someone you have proof] if you wish to make an apt with dept press 1, or if dept press 2 or any other dept press 3 **. Button is pressed. Phone is answered: if you wish to make an apt press 1 , if you want to cancel an apt press 2, any other press 3. If you have any questions go onto our web site www.** co.uk. If you have any comments to make about a recent press release please contact tel no **. Button is pressed to correct department, or is it? If your apt is in July press button 1, if your apt is in August press button 2. Button is pressed and now the music starts [literally] with comments every few minutes apologising for any delay as they are having a high number of calls. It took me 15 minutes to finally get through to the useless appointment clerk who can't make any appointments at the moment, call back at the end of August. Did you hear me screaming!!!!
Suggestions for a strong but pet friendly weed killer please.

) and we can now email for repeat prescriptions (I didn't even know they had a website!) and they also have a FB page - which I find puzzling for some reason. I was told I wasn't up to speed on what is happening as I clearly haven't been reading their FB page - I told them that I'm not on FB and I don't want to be on FB but apparently, I have to be if I want to be kept informed
They have acknowledged that out of all patients recently contacted to give feedback on the procedures at the surgery, most of the complaints were about not being able to get through on the telephone for appointments - so why on earth don't they have online booking?
I couldn't sell them for use by an addict as they only fit my pen. So why can't they be on repeat?
