Morning from SW London. Cool, damp and grey here.

Morning all, bright with some cloud and sunny periods here in Northumberland. Today I'm going to see DF and make his lunch. At present I'm trying to think of a suitable pudding. Pavlova springs to mind, think I'll make a small one for the two of us.

Good morning everyone, cool and damp here too Grannyknot, although it is brightening a little now. Taking son to pub for a drink at lunch time, and then possibly off to listen to a talk about the first world war. Not too sure about that, I am a bit unenthusiastic about things these days. Enjoy your days.

Good morning all!

Overcast today here in North Leicestershire which is a shame as it is our village Street Market today, hopefully it will remain dry.

Where are you nannot?

Enjoy your dats everyone sunshine

Morning all. It's dull and warm here on SE Hampshire coast but forecast to brighten up. The garden looks much better for the overnight rain on Friday night/Saturday morning.

Another sporty day in store - Tour de Yorkshire will be going past the villages where DH and I were born and through the area we know so well. Also it's the wonderful Roger on centre court against the almost wonderful Novak. What a day!

Happy day everyone. sunshine

Good morning everyone!

Quite a nice sunny start here in Buckley, Flints.

Anyone following the Tour de France? It's my annual TV sporting event Great to see it in Yorkshire this year!!

Does anyone have any suggestions on getting a good night's sleep? I found I wake up between 3 & 4 am every day then 'doze' listening to either the BBC or Classic FM till approx 6.30 when I get up to 'crank my brain into gear'.

I go to bed between 9.30 & 10.30 which, because of my arthritis & spondilytis, is the most comfortable place to be. I usually listen to the radio or watch Netflix movies on my Tablet till I fall asleep.

Anyway, have a lovely day folks!

Dave x

Thanks nannot. It's nice to know where the weather reports are from smile

Horrid waking up at that time, isn't it Dave. I have no answers but I usually read!

It is dull but very warm in NW London. I sat outside with my cat, not a sound, but coffee beckoned. I must get my mental act into gear because the match today will be a long one, both want the trophy so much. It maybe Roger's last chance because age has crept up on him.

It is a beautiful morning here in Manchester - very warm and sunny. I think showers are forecast later on, but for the moment it's lovely. I too am looking forward to the tennis - yesterday's match seemed to be over so quickly that I felt quite disappointed.

nice and sunny here in Brackley now, the helicopters are flying over heading for the F1 GP up the road 7 miles away at Silverstone.
I am a Tour De France fan will watch again today, have seen two live former UK stages 74 at Plymouth ,and Dover -Brighton, Portsmouth- Portsmouth this stage as a marshal, plus 2 Paris finishes ,and a prologue in 73 at the Hague in Holland.
Sleep wise try decafe tea and coffee.

Warm and sunny here in N Ireland - looking forward to the Men`s Final at Wimbeldon this afternoon and I agree it could be a long one and it would be great if Federer could succeed perhaps on last hurrah

Try a sleep mask, davestan. It's dawn at that time and the birds kick up a racket. A bit of sensory deprivation works wonders.

Cooler today here in NW Suffolk, with a nice drizzle. I was getting so fed up with all the humidity.

Good morning, cool and grey here today.
Going to look round a garden ( open to the public today only ) with DS and his family.
