Good morning!

Dull here in North Wales but no rain forecast!

Enjoy your days everyone!

Good morning everyone, rain here, and forecast for the rest of the day. No gardening, but the ironing desperately needs to be sorted, and I have plans for re-organisation - just plans, I hastily add, not sure anything will happen in the near future. Dream on! Enjoy your days.

Morning all! A wet start here in SE Hampshire. Library trip first thing today - three books on order have arrived. Then a friend is 60 today and is having a coffee-morning open house to celebrate. What a good low key celebration idea! Happy days everyone. sunshine

It is dry at present in NW london but it has been very wet. The cleaning is finished since the plastering and building work done indoors- waiting for the plaster to dry and the ceiling will be painted this weekend.

Wet and drizzly here. Off shortly with the caravan to a field near Minsmere. Suspect it's wet and drizzly there too. Still tomorrow's forecast is better.

Have a productive day everyone.

Pouring here in Leicestershire and in for the day so the golf competition I had entered with great trepidation is unlikely to go ahead - nice lunch with two golfing friends instead I think. we have a restaurant here which is an alpine ski lodge compete in the winter with huge log burner but they have a menu with includes tarteflettes and fondues as one of the proprietors is French and ski mad so it makes it a bt different to the run of the mill lunch. I hope this rain is good for your gardens and not causing too many problems.

NfK, the BBC Springwatch team is at Minsmere, isn't it? I'm quite jealous - I have a bit of a thing for Martin Hughes-Games. Have a good day all.

Hello everyone (waves shyly) smile it's my first "good morning", so hope you regulars don't mind the intrusion.

It's wet here on the Durham/Yorkshire border, but the rain has stopped. Just hope we get a dry spell this early afternoon as I'm picking up some helpers to erect a marquee and get a stand set up for a big event.

Hello, SloeGinny (love the name!) and welcome to GN.

Bright down here in Devon at the moment, but the clouds are gathering over the hills.

Morning from East Sussex. Grey and damp at the moment with no wind. Went to the hospital yesterday having been referred by the dentist about a root that took three lots of antibiotics to stop infection. Result from hospital, as tooth not currently infected they won't do anything. Grhhhhhh.

Morning all. Overcast but dry so put out washing, 20 minutes later raining so brought it in and put it in tumble dryer. Now, half an hour on, the sun is shining! 'Proper teasin' as they say round here.

AlieOxon Wed 04-Jun-14 11:44:34

Mornin' all - and SloeGinny.....steady drizzle here in Oxon.

Still, I have some plants I can pot on in the dry and if I brave the wet or it gets dryer later, I think I have a few broad beans to pick. Perhaps three?
