Afternoon now and a muggy one, apparently we are going to have a thunderstorm. Hoping the storm holds off until I get to DS's because we are on babysitting duties again.
Had a wasted journey this morning. Ordered repeat prescription online last Sunday and expected to pick it up today, not signed "come back later" I can't so will have to do it again tomorrow

Morning from S Staffs, muggy and a bit overcast. Just had to unexpectedly dash to sit with littlest GS while DD took eldest to school- poor little man hasn't been well since the weekend, doctor on Monday thought it was a throat infection. She's got him up this morning and he's smothered in a rash. We currently have an outbreak of scarlet fever here, so back to the doctors at half nine. Poor little mite. Have a good day everyone.

Good morning everyone from another lovely sunny morning on the Sussex Coast. Washing on, and gardening planned for today, although I am going to try to get an appointment with the doctor as I have a really sore eye which is worrying at night. Getting an appointment to see our doctor is a feat in itself, since these days they only seem to like to talk to us on the phone, and give a diagnosis without even seeing the trouble. Sorry, that sounds like a moan on such a lovely morning! Enjoy your days.

I get Infinity broadband today so hope for faster internet but as our line is above ground, we are in a very rural area, don't know how fast it will be.
