"Not too bad" sez mum and dad. Sis and bro did hum but did not nod off. Fat cat saw big dog and did run off - bad dog, get off cat! "See! I've got new red car!! Joy and fun for all" sez Dad but not for Mum, who has oldcar "I'll get the bus" she sez.

Maybe we need to enhance our 3 letter word vocabulary!!
Of course we are more accustomed to using really long words all the time.
It was worth a try.....
