Very dull here in NW London. Sunshine is expected and the forecast had better be correct because I have a machine load on!

Good morning all. The suns trying to come out here in Derbyshire. I think we might be in for a nice day.
We're off to Sainsburys this morning to do the weekly shop. I've got a voucher for £8 off if I spend £40 - that's too good to pass on...Tesco will miss me this week!

Dull in N.Kent this morning but it is mild.
Going to pick up 5 yr old DGS for sleep over at nannies. We will do Asda shop and have lunch on the way back.

Good morning all, think we are in for a fine day when once the mist has cleared. Sore finger developed nicely, so a visit to the hospital where it was duly treated, and I now have a bandaged finger for three days, not very convenient and I am going to miss the first opening drive of the year at bowls which is always enjoyable, and catch-up time for those who we have not seen during the closed season. Only two small irritations compared with some things other people have! Anyway whatever you are doing enjoy your days ,and careful how you spend that £8 Kitty.

Calm and dry in East Sussex. Not much sun as yet but have hopes for some later. Will move more dust, dirt etcetera around the house today and do some shopping. The gardener comes today and the dog loves him so no peace until I am up and dressed and let him out.

Overcast but not too dull, and very still. Had hoped to go for a little sail yesterday but no wind, not a murmur.

I just read the heading as 'Good Friday morning' and had a momentary OMG moment .
It is glorious here in the Kingdom of Fife. Not a cloud in the sky, the sun is shining and, pro tem, there is no wind. Awaiting the delayed arrival of DD1 and her extended family - the car (mine) developed a fault last night, so it was on to Plan B. The calm before the storm......

I need to rest in a darkened room to recover from 4 exhausting and stressful days with the grandchildren. Only stressful as the youngest is ill, but just got a text to say there is some improvement for the poor little mite who is just covered in eczema.

It's grey here in the Thames Valley.

Good morning all, bright and sunny in southern Portugal.
We have an old house next to ours that no one lives in, it has no running water or electricity,but is kept in reasonable repair. The couple who own it drove up on the tractor earlier to attack the wildflowers weeds on their drive and they are picking every single one of the lemons on their tree. Good job we've got plenty in.
I'm glad you've got your finger sorted out PRINTMISS it won't be long be long before you are back to normal now.

Beautiful sunny day in Manchester ... yes, really!!! No lemons in the garden but plenty of weeds. I read somewhere that butterflies eat nettles, so that's my bit for conservation done.

Good morning, it is a lovely sunny day in the north east. No plans to go out, tummy bug and child minding has knocked the stuffing out of me this week.

Sun's now out! Birdies are singing! Lovely day!

I have a new shoppping trolley though.
Won't be going far, but family may visit from Oxford.
