Grey, dull and windy in East Sussex but it's dry. Last day volunteering at current Hospice retail shop, aka charity shop, before we all leave on mass. Very sad but we hope it will pull the retail management up short. Doubt it though. They seem he'll bent on destruction.

Good morning Mick and everyone. Don't know what the weather will be like in Somerset but the forecast is good sunshine

PRINTMISS Sat 08-Mar-14 07:43:45

Good morning all - our wedding anniversary today - 62 years - "and it don't seem a day too long" (some of you will be too young to have any idea what that is all about) Out to lunch with our daughter and grand-daughter today, so looking forward to that, the weather promises to be good, as it was 62 years ago. Enjoy your days everyone.

Dull but not cold in NW London. I am looking forward to up to 18C tomorrow and marginally milder today. I will need to rake out the sun cream I think.

Good morning
Congratulations Printmiss flowers
Sunshine already - warmth promised. The car display was telling us it was 17C yesterday. I'm never sure they're 100% accurate but it felt good to see it smile
Nothing on the agenda for today but I'll enjoy the nothingness. Enjoy your day everyone

Happy anniversary, PRINTMISS and Mr P. I hope you have a wonderful day together. sunshine

Weather looks promising. Waitrose have just delivered my order with a number of wrong items so annoyed before the day has got going, but will force myself to cheer up as we are going out soon.

Congratulations Printmiss, 62 years that's marvellous, I wasn't even thought of 62 years ago! Being happily married for so many years is certainly something to be really proud of. Hope you have a lovely day with your family.

KatyK Sat 08-Mar-14 10:12:41

Congratulations Printmiss! Well done. Promise of sunshine in Brum - hasn't appeared yet though.

Mishap Sat 08-Mar-14 10:38:01

Congratulations on the anniversary and so glad that you have a lovely day to celebrate.

Not too bad here - weak sun doing its best; but a hint of wind, sufficient for OH to change his mind about de-mossing the patio. It will get done one day!

Gagagran Sat 08-Mar-14 10:47:36

Hope you and your old Dutch have a lovely day Printmiss. Many felicitations on your anniversary.

We are out for lunch today with DD and family - it was her birthday yesterday and also my DiL's AND my big brother's! DD was born 7.3.73 - is there a name for a number like that? sunshine and flowers for everyone.

NanKate Sat 08-Mar-14 11:45:50

The sun has just emerged here in the Thames Valley and I have a spring in my foot.

Have a lovely day Printmiss and your hubby of 62 years. sunshine

Hazy sunshine.

Bellasnana Sat 08-Mar-14 12:01:50

Congratulations and best wishes to PRINTMISS and your DH. 62 years is definitely something to celebrate wine flowers

Weather here in SW Georgia is supposed to be an improvement on the past four miserable days. Let's hope so as DH wants to get on with painting DD2's house before we go to NW Florida next week to visit DD1.

Hope you all have a great day smile
