Is the senior rail card for all over 60s though? I ask because I can't get a bus pass until I'm 67 in my area.

Yes that was the trial, but I meant not just seniors, it may not be as advantageous as the senior card

It does include seniors have friends in Brum who got the trial ones in West Midlands last year.

It is for any two people, not seniors. The disadvantage is that both people have to travel to gain the discount. They are currently offering three years for £70, which is a bargain if you are under 60 and use the train a lot as a couple.

National Rail have just introduced a new rail card for 2 which would also require photos at both 16-25 and senior level.
