We are buying DGS a playhouse between them for their respective birthdays. We found the one we want from the store with the big giraffe at £99ish, but it's not available on line. So I checked the manufacturers web site and on there it's £299 !!!!! 
I think I'll pay the £10 delivery charge from T.R.U.
