Good morning all, up too early as the wind blew our fence down - again. On the up side I am going for a seasonal beverage with some friends this afternoon

Morning from East Sussex calm and wet here but not cold. In the good old days we had the worst of the winter before Christmas now we don't even have any frost until the new year.
My birthday today but we will be on our own as one DD too far away and the other I saw on Thursday.

Morning, a glorious winter sky here, shades of soft yellows and palest blues.
I think a yomp around Stourhead followed by a peep into the house, decorated for Christmas, and something warming.
Has anyone got a recipe for mulled wine that doea NOT contain anything Citrus?

A rosy glow in the sky so far. I'm feeling much more energetic today since I started taking probiotics to get my digestive system back on track
Hope soop is feeling better too.

It's the Artisan market later, so I might have a wander down to the shops and see if there's any junk nice stuff!

Thunderstorm during the night, still quite windy but a beautiful deep pink sunrise and not cold.

I enjoy going to markets Lona hope you find a little something as you wander through.

Good morning all, and Happy Birthday Brenda. Slept really late this morning, and so slow getting going, think I might give the day a bit of a miss and drift through! It is wet and windy, although the sky is not too dark. Enjoy your days.

I rose at 10 am this morning practically unknown for me, late night babysitting for DGC.

Happy Birthday Brenda, it is my sister's birthday today too. I have already been on the phone to Germany to wish her well. She had guests arriving for brunch so we only spoke briefly.
Seems cold and windy this morning and am quite pleased not to be going out.

Happy Birthday Brenda, I'm sending you some as it is lovely and bright here.
We spent yesterday morning moving from the studio to the cottage, our winter quarters, and I hate it! I do every time, different chair, different bed, different kitchen and worst of all different windows. I'll quickly adjust to all the changes except the windows. I've lost my lovely view over the rolling fields and I have to go outside to see the sea and the mountains.
Never mind, it will be warmer and dryer and we have more room for visitors and I can at last put up the Christmas cards and some decorations.

I will get used to it.
