We have a small local Co-op convenience store, and while I still have to go elsewhere for some items, I'm going to the Co-op more now because I can walk there if there's not much to carry, and even if I have to take the car, it's only 5 minutes drive away.
Today I spent £41.80. I had coupons from the Co-op to the value of £7.20, so that brought the spend down to £34.60.
Then they gave me a coupon for £1 off fruit and veg, a £4 coupon off if I spend £40 within a week, and another £4.20 coupon to use any time before Christmas. The coupons can all be used together.
It's enough to make me feel Christmassy. Why go to Tesco?
