The previous thread I posted on what makes people change got me thinking about a saying - which I think is from a movie: "Nothing changes till you change it".

Then I started thinking about other favourite movie quotes - "Frankly, Scarlett, I don't give a damn" is definitely one of them, but also Sergeant Barnes in Platoon "There's the way we want the world to be, and there's the way it is".
