moved I agree with people on here who say that pain is subjective and the degree to which it is experienced by someone is difficult to convey to other people, my own experience has been (and I can also get myself into a real state sometimes, since my mother died of cancer) is that once I've been reassured that I am not on my last legs, the pain generally seems to improve as well! I'm not suggesting by this it isn't real, or really sore, but in my case, I think I focus in on it and that makes it worse. Good luck with next steps and recuperation
.
What "back then" inconvenience would annoy today's youngsters?
