Lovely news she must be really poorly to be in hospital I feel so sorry for her it is a rotten time when sick all the time, hoping she feels better soon and enjoys her pregnancy.
Why are they calling it 'morning sickness' when she's got it all the time? I hope she feels better soon - nothing worse than throwing up all day long, not that I ever had that problem
Neither did I Gally. It was a real shock to see how sick my daughter was when she was pregnant; it was relentless. I'd never understood why people had taken medication for morning sickness as I thought, if anything that it was just a bit of a queasy feeling sometimes.
Friends of my daughters' have suffered with this particular sort of 'morning sickness' and it's been dreadful for them. It goes on for ages. Even their own saliva makes them sick. They couldn't keep any food or water down and one went down to 6 stones in weight!
People who dismiss it as 'morning sickness - everyone suffers from it' haven't a clue about how awful it is for the expectant mother.
Neither I or my daughter had more than a bit of vague queasiness when pregnant. We were very lucky! It must be dreadful, feeling and being sick is awful.
Me too jeni I was sick after dinner every night, seemed such a shame to lose the best meal of the day. I was sick in the mornings too and continued right until I had the baby.
