Elegant - I am sorry to read your post. It is sad to think that had he gone to the doctor your husband might still be with you.
I think we need to take advantage of all the tests we can and this one is certainly non-invasive. I did think my 3 year old GS would love to play with poo but didn't ask him. Just got on with it. What I want to know is who has to deal with all the samples? Do they tell people where they work?

Thanks for the birthday wishes. Tonight I go to my son's and DIL's for a birthday meal, where DD2 and her family, and my brother, will also be.

I am to bring the wine and DD2 the dessert (I'd like it to be her sherry trifle, but it does not travel well so probably not). DD1 will phone during the evening.

It will be super to all be together.
