If under 16s are considered too young for sex , at what age are you considered too old ?

Elegran Wed 10-Aug-11 21:57:11

Not including face in shot - reminds me of old joke which I shall put on joke thread not here. I daresay you all remember it.

JessM Wed 10-Aug-11 21:02:29

did anyone else hear the sociologist talking about teenagers using mobile phones as part of their sex lives. I had heard something of this before from school staff who tell kids not to send their friends pictures of them having sex!!! I thought this was maybe a local phenomenon but NO!
Apparently it is quite normal part of teenage flirtation to send each other provocative photos of themselves. Some of the boys apparently said that you should not include your face in the shots. !!!!!
Now there is something for the over 50s to think about...

bunic Wed 10-Aug-11 20:45:01

Is there one ?

fatfairy Wed 10-Aug-11 20:24:34

So there is hope! thank goodness for that. What was the magic ingredient, do you think?

bunic Wed 10-Aug-11 12:00:56

Well, there's a novel approach!
He says he's still interested, but can clearly live happily without sex. And he used to be so horny!
I miss wanting sex as much as the actual sex itself. But then, I've always been contrary.

nanachrissy Tue 09-Aug-11 21:42:58

Hello fatfairy, why don't you give him a little blue pill and a sleeping pill at the same time, and then when both have started working... you could bounce up and down a lot and enjoy yourself in peace!!! wink smile

yogagran Tue 09-Aug-11 20:58:42

Welcome fatfairy - you certainly picked a good thread to start with didn't you!

fatfairy Tue 09-Aug-11 20:55:24

oh dear! New gran-to-be/gransnet member here, picking up on the most interesting-looking topic.
I remember sex - I think. Now it all seems to be self-administered - and I can't even be bothered with that half the time! (Although I have to say, it's more worth while).
I/we thought that the little blue pills would do the trick. They work - he don't.
This is not how I thought it would be at 57.

I feel the envy of lots of us for nanachrissy envy

nanachrissy Mon 08-Aug-11 09:42:01

EM I'm with you.. it's much better when you live alone and have "visits". When I was married I think sex was spoiled by underlying resentments and suppressed anger, now there are no strings and sex is the best ever. Also I have no hang-ups about my body because I don't really care what he thinks(although he is very kind!) We are good friends and it works for us!wink

ElseG Mon 08-Aug-11 08:01:46

I tried for ages to ignore this 'naughty thread', but now want to bring you back to the original question wink; too old is when the hips give out sadly sad

Faye Mon 08-Aug-11 03:26:02

My ex OG wanted a fourth child, I said fine, if you have it. He went and had the snip instead! wink

Grumpyoldwoman Sun 07-Aug-11 23:44:34

Nope ....mine was too blush...............so he had me ''seen to'' instead !!!

Oldgreymare Sun 07-Aug-11 23:26:19

glassortwo Sun 07-Aug-11 23:19:13

Oldgreymare Sun 07-Aug-11 23:17:51

Could it be: old gelding as I'm sure most of them have had 'the snip'....... tee hee!

glassortwo Sun 07-Aug-11 23:13:50

We all came to the conclusion on another thread that Old Git was a better description of our other half grin

grannyactivist Sun 07-Aug-11 23:07:54

OG = Old Git, a baggy term, I believe. Numberplease, stay away from Tunisia, you already know it's bad for you. Helshea, take no notice of jangly, we love you. Greenmoss in order not to get confused in future stay away from any posting by jangly and thank your lucky stars that Mr. G hasn't been to Tunisia. There's many a Gransnetter feeling envy I'm sure. grin

Grumpyoldwoman Sun 07-Aug-11 22:33:32

Yep! Faye I am not at all Grumpy !!!!!......and that is saying something being married to ''Victor Meldrew'' !!!!!

Faye Sun 07-Aug-11 20:26:10

Old Geezer, I haven't heard that term since I was last in England. I like them all Old Git, Old Grumpy, Old Grumbles, Old Geezer, does sound like they all apply to men though. It certainly doesn't apply to us, as you never see us acting old or geezerish, grumpy and we never ever grumble! smile

helshea Sun 07-Aug-11 19:33:36

and now she has gone off to eat cake and not offered me any.... she shows no remorse sad

greenmossgiel Sun 07-Aug-11 19:16:25

Oh! She's a meanie! wink

helshea Sun 07-Aug-11 19:11:01

greenmossgiel becausejangly keeps picking on me sad ..... just a little lighthearted banter wink

greenmossgiel Sun 07-Aug-11 19:05:57

Oh, I'm all confused! I've never really fancied Tunisia anyway. Why, though is helshea feeling paranoid, hurt and rejected? confused
